All I remember is the Game Gear, which you could buy the TV Tuner for. Why would you need a TV tuner for Mega Drive, when you plug that into a TV anyway... unless of course I am missing something?  Kaz |

It connects directly to the tv, has the six games already installed, and Genesis or Mega Drive cartridges cannot be used. Mh...why would i wanna spend cashoola on that then? SEcond hand shops still sell perfect condition megadrives here for much cheaper then that...so i´d go for the original if i would buy one again. |

Spiderman vs The Kingpin is a total classic plus I swear it's the only really good spiderman game out there. Although I've never played the 128 bit games.

Hey Spiderman on the Playstation wasnt bad.
Apart from the fact they made Venom look like a total goomba.
Golden Axe was class, and I the hours I wasted on Robocop vs the Terminator....

I spend years playing the Super shinobi/revenge of shinobi on the genesis. I loved seting the shurikens on ZERO and just play with the knives and the sword............  |

and I the hours I wasted on Robocop vs the Terminator.... Well thank god I wasn't the only one who liked that game... seems most people I speak to these days don't look back on it too favourably. I was kinda jealous of the MD/Genesis version as I had a SNES and that version was damn inferior if I remember right. Thankfully my best friend at the time had a MD so we used to swap consoles a lot. It had big, detailed sprited, bigass weapons, cool looking explosions, and some of the baddies even exploded in a shower of blood. Compare that with the crappy, deformed sprites in the SNES version ... weird, normally it always was the other way around. |

It was a lot of the time, but then again you also had Nintendo's censorship policy to put up with on the SNES. I mean... they even censored the ALLADIN game ffs!!! If you never saw it, they took out the sword you had in the MD version, because they though having a sword in there might make kids grab a sword and go out and kill people. Despite that I can still remember the infamous headline from the Sun newspaper... "Nintendo killed my son".  Kaz |

Heh do you know if you set it to zero and wait about five sec you get infinite shuriken? Yup...used it also once, kinda takes tehh edge off the game......but fun non the less to somersault shuriken thru the entire game.  |
