Favourite SEGA games?!!

just wondering what your favourite 5 sega games(arcade or console) are?.......here's mine
1.virtual on - oratorio tangram(arcade)
2.super hang on(arcade)
3.sega rally 2(arcade)
4.virtua fighter 4(ps2)
5.get bass(dc)
it is a pretty hard to choose 5 games because when you sit and think how many great games sega have made.....you could probably go on 4 ages ;D

In random order, I'd go for:
Panzer Dragoon Orta (ps2)
Virtua Fighter 4 (ps2)
Virtua Racing Deluxe (32X)
Streets of Rage 2 (Genesis)
Sonic & Knuckles (Genesis, gimme Sonic 3 and Sonic 2 too because I need to click them on!)

I think my 1st choice would be Sonic and Knuckles then it would be in random order;

Sonic & Knuckles(sega)
Virtue Fighter 4 (And all it's predecessors) (PS2)
Sonic Heroes (PS2)
Sega Rally(PS2 & Dreamcast)
Virtua Tennis(Very realistic and fun game) (PC)

And many, many more great sega games ... but tha problem is i can't remember there names ;D

Welcome to these forums Devilman. Did you find this place out of Neo Geo interest or maybe something else?

One of my friends told me about it : Daaren Loanson
And I really like SNK, most on emulation because the only SNK console I own is a NGPC.
Other than that I play CAP vs. SNK 2, KOF and Guilty Gear X-2 on PS2
I've got Metal Slug X (2) on PSX
Other thant that Metal Slug 3 is out the 26 of mai in the US for the XBOX, I can't wait!

Real tough to choose five, but my list looks something like this:

Streets of Rage (Megadrive) ... all time favourite Sega game! The two sequels were perhaps better, but this is the one I love the most.

Virtual On: OT (DC, never played arcade, but I'd love to!)

Sonic (Megadrive). The second game I bought. It holds so much nostalgia value, and I reckon the sequels never even came close to equaling th style and feel of this one!

Sega Rally (SS). I spent so much time playing this game, and it c**ps on the sequel from a great height!

Virtua Fighter 2/4 (SS/PS2). Awesome fighting game. My favourite 3D brawler.

Honourable mentions go to Virtua Tennis 1 & 2, Virtual On 1, Columns, Nights, Crazy Taxi 1, Daytona, F355, and the Shining Force series.
