ok there are new game controllers and mouses that are ergonomically designed and have excellant grip.
There MAIN FEATURE is that they PUMP AIR OUT OF IT thus causing ur hand to be very comfortable, light and not sweating. Sheer sensation and pleasure.
It is so comfortable ... i tried it tha other day and hopefully will get one soon
When it PUMPS AIR out of it it alows ur hand to breath and not sweat also giving it a very light sensation with excellant feeling of gameplay or wateva u wanna do...

... It's the best mouse there is and so freakin comfortable ... u can can play for days without ur hands sweating or getting them tired
