www.sega.co.jp/dc/db/020306.htmlHeres a game for Dreamcast called Nakoruru, the character pictured on the cover and in the screenshot looks quite similiar to Nakoruru of Samurai Shodown... I've never heard of this game before, any idea of what it is?

I saw this once myself too but I dunno what it is. I saw two other girls in a pic with Nak and Rimmy. For some reason this reminds me of the weird card captors photography game for dc.

if you look closely below the page you'll see this copyright statement, so it's made by SNK. it still makes me wonder what kind of game it is and why Nakororu's the main chara

AH, THIS GAME! Its basically tells about Nakoruru (also Rimururu's) Childhood stuff. Its also available for PC. Like many JP DC games, its another one of those text based adventure games. more info here: samuraispirits.net/game/info/nakogame/index.html

I think the logical thing to do in your case: would be to go learn Japanese

I've found, that my eng-jpn dictionary doesn't contain the specialized vocabulary neccessary for most text games I am currently going through an intensive kanji learning period (because I skipped a year and now I can't read everything in my text book ) I probably know more than 400 by know.
