My only issue with Grant is that he seemed to easy for an SNK boss (never thought I'd say that...) and when you play as him he doesn't have the same fluid feel as the other characters do...I dunno, maybe its just me. Oh and Seiryu:  Your welcome...  |

I love this game, 3rd favorite from all SNK games. The animation is great, although I didn't notice it at first. Well... when I played KOF99 immediately after MOTW, the difference in quality is really obvious. KOF seems outdated (though I still prefer KOF to MOTW overall).
I usually like to play a certain character if his moves (even only one) attract me. Now on to the characters:
- Rock -- I like his counter moves and Rising Storm, especially RS. It's pretty.
- Terry -- I never like Terry before but I like him now. I like his Burn Knuckle (looks way better than KOF's) and Buster Wolf.
- Hotaru -- I like both of her DM and SDM moves.
- Freeman -- I like his Creeping Death.

I have absolutely no intentions of offending anyone, but...
it is RAGING Storm, NOT "RISING" or "RAZING"!
Now that Rock even says it loud and clear, unlike Geese's occasionally muffled cry, there should be no doubt as to the official name.
BTW, the next installment of MotW should have a P.Power 'Storm featuring the silhouette of a dark and fiery "angel" above Rock. (Something similar to the finishers of Kim Kaphwan's RBS Hou'ou Kyaku or Basara's Kagemai: Mukui/Yumebiki POW Special in SS3/4, but much more stylized.)

Yeah, I've always been confused as to why some people call is "rising storm" etc, as it has always been raging storm. Oh yeah... Rock's Deadly Neo Rave Super kicks ass... admittedly it is more of a "show off" move than anything else, but it is soooo satisfying to beat a human opponent with that move  Kaz |

yeah man....totally satesfacion with that move when succesfully pulled of on an opponent.

The reason why they call the move like this is because of the US PS2 version of Capcom Vs SNK 2

Its gotta be my fav Neo fighter, I mean, it seems I'm always playing it...
What's the deal with Grant anyway, what's his connection to Kain and his sister? Who (or what) is he exactly?
I find it kinda funny thats he's all like..."Arrrrgggggghhhhhh, feel my evil demon power, my dark karate...I'M GRANT!!!". Well he doesn't say it like that but you get my point (I hope).
