Yes....trully. And it won't repeat itself another time. I think one whole day of understanding is enough. If someone doesn't change or understands after the patience members have shown that person the whole time..........

If someone doesn't change or understands after the patience members have shown that person the whole time.......... one of us will click a certain button in "admin". I'd hate to do this, but that time is getting closer and closer Kaz

I'm hoping for all new stages, all new enemy sprites, but most importantly a little bit of differenc in the gameplay. For a long time I've REALLY wanted to see each character have different attributes... for instance, Marco could be the good all round character, the girls could be fast but less powerful, and Tarma could be the heavy duty guy who is slower but packs more of a punch. Cliched I know, but it would add more replay value and depth.

Why sorry? So far nobody knows how the gameplay of the final release version will be like.......
But i agree on the character profile difference...that would really give the game a whole new dimension in the gameplay department.
We'll just wait and see how SNK will come out of the blocks with this one. I think they need to win the fait of the Metal slug fans once again after the somewhat disepointing Metal slug 4 That game was good without a doubt but it missed the punch that the previous parts delivered.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... you may like KOF 2000 the best, but I'm sure if you asked the majority of Neo Geo fans if they thought KOF 2000 was the best, they would laugh in your face (no offense, but that is true). The last *TRULY* SNK made KoF was KOF '99... KoF 2000 was pretty rushed because it was the last in the series before the old SNK went under. It's a good game, but nowhere near as polished as the older games. But yes, MS3 was the best Metal Slug overall so far, and a lot of work went into that.
The whole "what you want and what you get" thing is pretty irrelevant here. This thread is about the MS series, and we are discussing what we want to see in the next game, which is only natural on a Neo Geo forum. If we don't get it then fine, but if we do, even better. Playmore does have to listen to the fans though... if people make their opinions known, they have to take them into account, because if they don't, we won't buy their games.
I guess the most recent example is the Matrimelee insert for the US cart. People complained for a long time that they wanted to see meg counts and many other things back on the insert, so Playmore listened and did exactly that. But anyways... this is a forum and talking about what we like/don't like in our games is what it is for.

Yeah you did, here's a quote from your post face the facts.mslug3,kof2000 was the best because they put there final effort into it.as i sid before"what you get and what you want ae two different things.sorry but thats life." Ok, so I guess it was a typo. Still though, stop with the "face the facts" stuff, none of this is fact. Everyone has their own opinions on which games are the best and worst, and none of these opinions are really wrong. Prime example: I know someone that swears Power Spikes 2 on the Neo Geo is a decent game, when to me and 99% of the rest of people out there, it is the biggest pile of rancid horse shit ever released. While the majority of people might agree it's terrible, it doesn't necessarily make it fact.... as I said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and some people actually like it. Same goes for KoF... I know many that think KoF '94 and '95 are the very best the series have to offer. While I love those games, I think both you and me would agree that they aren't the best ones... but that still doesn't necessarily make us both right. It's all a matter of opinion. Kaz
