That controller looks like it would be as uncomfortable as the XBOX controller.

In all seriousness I hope the ps3 simply has an open up lid the first one did because the tray causes so many problems in the ps2.

Me to Raiken, i personally haven't had many probs. with the cd tray but alot of my friends have. Infact i've known some people that had alot of probs with their machines, sony needs to make sure they make their next system more stable.

Major tip. Open up the tray and look inside with a flashlight. If it's dusty as hell in there, clean it out with a cutip or a can of decompressed oxygen. This'll prevent the risk of discs getting unbalanced in the tray and damaging themselves.

Yeah, i've actually fixed all but 1 of my friends ps2 by just cleaning all the nasty dust out that mug. I found a good guide on techtv.com that helped me fix any probs. but i've never had to do that with an Xbox/Gamecube and that just shows how the next playstation needs to be improved.

The prob with the ps2 isn't really the tray, it's down to Sony using cheap parts for the lens etc. They had the same prob with the PS1 as well, and I'm beginning to worry that the Playstation Portable will just break apart in your hands or something. Then again, my Xbox laser has broken down on me now and I need to get that fixed Kaz
