Yes, the Music is the biggest Area to improve! Playmore sould take more time for developing a new KoF!

the music sounds similar IMO.they should try remixing some of the old kof songs.

I wouldn't be surprised if Moe and Reiji showed up in 03...their sprites are already made, all they have to do is add a few hundred more frames and use more of the Neo's color capabilities and their set.
The music isn't quite so bad however, SNKP was pretty on with 2k2 IMO, some remixes wouldn't hurt though.

With a few exceptions, I think the soundtrack to KOF 2002 is just fine... it goes back ot the more old-school style of KOF music, which is fine by me (although I do really like the techno stuff in 99 and 2000). The Japan stage on 2002 is one of the best pieces of KOF music ever  Kaz |

I totally love the 94 version of osaka stage...Awesomexcheroic beat for Kyo´s team. Surely one of the best tunes to date on KOF. Best all round soundtrack for me is KOF 96. KOF tunes plus Geese howard remix...awesome. Then it ogt pretty simple..till 99 and 2000...those tunes are really good.Especially the `Dash team tunes...very nice.  |

Yes, just with the Appearance of a Main Char, such as Athena, Iori, Shingo, Kyo, Terry.....; comes their Music! I didn´t like this Feature!

KOF 96 and 98 did have the best soundtrack  wonder if Noise Factory will be making the music for kof2k3, if it were to happen, better music than 2k1/2k2, and vocals on KOF music! ;D but i remember in kof96 (playstation version), psycho soldier team had vocals....*starts digding up his dirts psx cd collection* |

Yes,music made by Noise in KOF 2k3 would be a most welcome feature.
They really set the standard very high for themselves now that they only have showned us their awesome skills in gametune composing.
