atomiswave is practically the same as a dreamcast....apart from a few memory differences so i think chanka would probably emulate it pretty easy...saying that i don't really want it to be emulated yet as i want the real thing....they aren't that hard to get hold of...try neo store or coinop express hullcityfcmad

I don't want to see it emulated just yet either, it really is just too new. I can understand why you'd want to see it emulated though... I can't afford one right now myself, and I also don't have any arcades to play the games at, so the only thing to do is wait until the ports for the PS2 etc come out. One thing that would stand in the way of emulation btw is that although it is similar to the DC and the DC has already been emulated, AW games probably have some strong encryption (I would guess that they have anyway, I don't know for sure). Someone will break that encryption no doubt, but it might take a while (remember CPS2? ). Kaz

About that the thread subject I've read that one of the guy that worked on a Dreamcast emu would start working on the naomi hardware Dunno if both hardware are similar but you would be at least able to play Guilty Gear XX

The chanka site actually posted screens of Naomi Virtua Striker 2 and of the Naomi bios running, so it's already well under way. Still not entirely sure it's a good thing though... and as for stuff like Guilty Gear it's probably best to just go for the PS2/Xbox version.
