Hello all, I am kinda new to the technical part of Neo Geo, but here it goes. I built a cabinet, and I have Mame32 .83, NeoRagex XP, and Nebula. I have my neogeo roms seperated from the others. When opening up NRX is should reconize the all the roms but it doesn't. It only sees 5 out of 30. Metal Slug 4, and ROTD work fine, but why doesn't it see the others. Same for Nebula. Is there a way to edit the ini files? I see that if you copy the number into the NRX ini file, it will see it. But how do I get the emulators to see the other games? Thanks.

Whaa?? about the roms not reading with kawaks/nebula, make sure they're in the roms folder. Also, my #1 tip for using Neorage: don't. |

check the roms are named .rom inside the zip files and not .bin as neorage can't read .bin files.

check the roms are named .rom inside the zip files and not .bin as neorage can't read .bin files. hullcityfcmad Was just about 2 say the same thing myself but Hullcityfcmad already said it ... and could'nt have said it better myself if not worser ;D |

I am trying to learn how to fix crc and ini files what is the best software to use? I have roms that don't have correct names and some are missing files. Is there a software out there that will detect the missing files, give you info on that file, and correct the spelling? Thanks guys.

if your using kawaks just run an audit in the tools menu...this well tell you whats missing and what the crc's should be....if you don't fancy changing the names by yourself you can use a program called romcenter
