Converting NeoRageX romsets to WinKawaks Romsets?

Can anyone give me a step by step explaination on how you can convert NeoRAGEx compatible .roms into Kawaks-readable files? I downloaded some romsets and they don't appear in Kawaks. I'm using WinKawaks 1.48 DEV, if that is of any use. Also, I can run KOF2003 on it thanks the Buddha-kun's dat patch, but controls like the HCB/HCF cannot be executed although the on other roms the same keystrokes would activate the HCB/HCF (with the same Kawaks). Can anyone help?

Also, in some Kawaks-unworkable romsets, I checked the audit and found out that is has some files missing, like for Garou: MOTW, I have 253-ep1.p1 253-ep2.p2 253-ep3.p3 253-ep4.p4 and 253-sma.bin missing. Is there any way I can get these files? Do I need .dat files for these games? I'm using Kawaks 1.48 DEV.
