Ok now this has been brewing around my mind for a bit now. Most n00bs to neo emulating always turn to forums and give 1 post questions and disappear into nothingness (a good thing at the same time ) Now how good would it be if Kaz's site had one of the best faqs on how to run, maintain, modify and fix etc etc and generally get to grips with seedy world of neo and cps emulation? But of course we need people to write in it so me hullcity and kaz thought about a joint project faq that the regulars (or n00bies) can muster up by putting our heads together and forming a good understandable and informative faq for those new to emulation. Go on, do it for your country

id like to actually see a text document faq on all the emulators....something that someone can print out.....then they aren't restricted to reading it off a website. hullcityfcmad

I'd be up for helping out on this but as you know my time is always limited and I have enough probs trying to work on other parts of the site these days As I was saying to son_jason, if we could get a few people together who wanted to work on it (you guys or anyone else) then I could setup the emu section of the site on a seperate domain (like emulation.neogeoforlife.com) and then I could give those people logins so they could go in and upload any new stuff they have worked on themselves. A printable text version of the guide does sound like a good idea though... Kaz

You could use the FAQ's that I made a couple of years back for NRX and Nebula as a basis for whatever you do if you wanted to, or if you prefer you could just skip them altogether and start afresh It will probably be best to do seperate guides or a simple FAQ for each emu, as trying to do one BIG guide for all emus would be extremely difficult and a bitch to update . It's good that it seems we have a few people who want to help out though, as it would take an extremely long amount of time to do on your own (as I found out when I used to update the emu section a fair bit ). Be prepared for a lot of questions from people though... I suggest telling people you'll delete requests for roms in particular and not reply, and ask that people come to the forum to ask questions if they need to... othrwise your inbox WILL get swamped Kaz

I've requested the emulation dir of the site to be setup, so hopefully I'll hear back in the next couple of days and then we can start work on it properly. I'll let you know once I hear back Kaz
