i hav a problem with kawa-x.i hav 3 installed on my xbox.kawa-x.kawa-x-plus & kawa-x (for new games).this is wot it says on my games list.all seem to be v.11.but i hav all cps1 & 2 roms & neo geo in kawa-x.but metal slug 4 in kawa-x plus with kof2002 & metal slug 5 in kawa-x for new games.when i move them into same rom folder metal slug 5 shows up in kawa-x but not metal slug 4 or kof2002.can ne1 please help me cause i want to run all roms from the same emu but i don't understand y they work on different formats metal slug 5 has(predecrypted) in list but metal slug 4 doesn't but it works in kawa-x-plus.also when i move roms to kawa-x plus they all show up except kof2001.hope some1 can help.thanks in advance regards nico.

To tell the truth I haven't used Kawa-X in a long time and I have never tried the hacked versions that add the newer games, so I can't be of much help. What you said was a bit unclear though, so I wasn't quite sure exactly what your problem was?

All I can say is that you won't be able to run everything from the same emulator... the newer games aren't supported by the emulators author, so the only way to get them to work is the hacked versions like Kawa-X plus etc.

thanks very much m8.i was trying to run all roms from same emu.also is there a good version of super side kicks 1 2 & 3 as all trhe 1's i hav r all glitched.also wot emu r u using now if u still hav a xbox.

There are good versions of Sidekicks 1-4 aswell as neo cup 98, but the problem you refer to might be because of raster effects that are not emulated properly on Kawa-X. The are emus that emulate them properly (Mame for one), but I'm not sure how well they run on the Xbox as on the PC you need a faster machine to get them to run properly.

I used to use Final Burn, Mame-X, Kawa-X and a number of other emus on my Xbox, but it is broken at the moment so I haven't kept up with the scene in a long time. I don't use the emulators much anyway as I prefer to play on the real console if I can.
