rather simple question: is there any way to play the roms i use for NRX to mame?

it really depends what version of mame your using....if it's version 80 a lot of the neogeo roms have been redumped so i can definetley say no....if your using an older version they may work with a bit of renaming.seeing that nrx needs the roms to be called something.rom where as mame need a something.bin. you'll have to run an audit in mame to find out what the roms need to be changed to and then go from there. hullcityfcmad

run an audit in the file option in mame.all the neogeo roms are usually named with the three digit number that refers to the release number of the game.rename them by opening the rom zip so you can see all the roms and then right click on the one you want to rename. hullcityfcmad
