you shouldn't need to put them on a disc........
download a program called winkawaks 1.48.......install it onto your computer.download a file called neogeo.zip.....then download the rom you want to use.any probs try this thread

i did that my sis did it all for me but my dad deleted it so i can only play on cd but since i never found out how to use it on my comp the forum didnt help and i want to learn how to use it on a cd and it is just regular neogeo not neorageX!

its in cd drive F and tell me hot to work it on the comp also because forum is talking about and showed same neogeo that i have but it dont work!

it shouldn't have to be in any cd drive......if the roms are on a disc just copy and paste into the roms folder of the emulator.

we're not getting very far here are we........you cannot run it all off the cd.....the emulator must be on the computers hard drive...then if the emulators on the hard drive then there is no problem in putting the rom in the roms folder.
