Ive been using the AES mode in Nebula recently, and I find it annoying that once you have lost in a game about 4-5 times, then you cant continue from where you left off and that you have to play from the beginning. Is that true for the real AES?

Yep. But if you have the debug bios you can set the system to infinite credits ;D

look at it this way...it's a good way to become better at games....because you know if u lose/die you haven't got as many chances to keep on going  hullcityfcmad

AES option it fatefull to the home console, that also has 4 creditds in both sides of player 1 and 2.

Well, I guess that explains why people with AES can kick my butt quite easily in battle.

i never found out the reason why to beat the game on aes cuz...well its console. isn't arcade version anyways known as the real version?

Not really - the games are released in arcade (MVS) format first, but then they get released on home format later. Both are identical, although home mode sometimes has a few options that the arcade mode doesn't (eg vs mode/practice). Check out both modes in an emulator on a newer game to see what I mean. Kaz

I just play mvs only cause i know when it comes time for teh hardcore netplay thats what im gonna be using

Plus in AES you only get 4 credits.....try pumping up the level and then finish a game....  In MVS you just stick in another credit and continue endless
