Can you use the d pad instead of the left analog on kawaks/nebula/mame32. All my friends dont like to use the left analog and use that is the excuse why I stump them. If you can can you please direct me to a tutorial or website on how to do so.

What sort of pad are you using? I am using a saitek pad that has dual analogue sticks, and if you want to use the d-pad you press a button that switches between analogue/digital.

I have two controllers the nostrom n45 with dual analog just like ps2 but I dont think it has any buttons that converts analog to digital as well the nyko airflo for the pc. Give the website where you bought yours at if you can as well as any suggestions with mine would be grateful.

Have a look through the game controller setting in windows or in the instructions that came with your pad, that might give you some idea. There must be a way to do it somehow, otherwise having the d-pad on there would be useless. I got my pad from my local Game store... here's a link to the exact product on the Game website: shop.game.net/ViewProduct.aspx?cat=10414&mid=317000Not a bad controller, although the d-pad is a *tiny* bit loose making some supers awkward. I'm totally used to it now though... Kaz
