Ok, well I bought a few NGCD games and I'm getting a top loader for christmas, my question is what do I need (emulators, bios files, etc.) to play the games on my computer.

The newest version of Nebula plays neogeo CD games. You just need the neogeo CD bios called neoCD.zip and has the neocd.bin in it. And the regular neogeo bios. With these in your rom folder, you get neogeo DC in your games list and you can start the neogeo DC from there.  |
