ok, ive read this thread over and over and there are a few things i still dont know 100%
well first ill say what i know
from ngtools i got svcplus for my kawaks 1.46
i know i need the right dat and loader stuff
and i know i need the fixes and on ngtools they hav a 269-p1.bin and a 269-m1.bin
so....
are the loader and dat stuff from downloads or can i setup it from kawaks 1.46 and if so, how?
and in what file do the fixes go to, if i need them.
yeah i am a serious n00b

how do i change the p1 roms so that i have all the characters on my select screen and have the startup screen without the PLUS? Get the latest p1 rom and add it to the svcplus.zip. It should overwrite the old one updating it. Worked for me so now i have no stupid plus anymore and a regular selectscreen. ;D |

It's a different kind of exe to start playing the games.(you use this to playthe emualtor instead than winkawaks.exe) You need to find the loader for winkawaks 1.46 or else you won't be able to select the games like SvC,Ms4,Matrimelee or rage of the dragon. |

Nice to be back, I broke my foot wrestling and haven't had much time for anything these days. But yesterday I came on and read the svc news and after a bit of hunting and some good downloading programs I managed to get what I needed. This morning I also got some patches and I am playing here at work now....shhh! |

Heya Mysterio, long time no see... I was beginning to wonder where you had disappeared to, it's good to see you back!  It's weird that this thread doesn't seem to update properly... it only shows that it is 3 pages long on the main page, but when you come into it it is 11 pages long. I've tried doing "fix boards" in admin but it is still messed up. Oh well nevermind, I guess it is no big deal  Kaz |

LOL, playing in the boss's time is the best way to go. I also do that with MAME at work. Shame to hear about your foot, that's what you get for pulling all those cuuuurazy moves. Say.....you also pull off a con chair too move? I love the sound of that name and still hope to do that on Kaz one day. By the way Kaz, you seen how many peeks there have been at this thread? Around 1395 when i checked last time. Must be the most popular peeking thread to date on neogeoforlife.........LOL,wonder why...  Funny thing is, i bet that if everyone that peeked inside and also used this thread as start up to get the SvC game and emu to play it on, posted a reply with thanks for the help or feedback about the game itself.........this thread would be about 60 pages long.  |

Yeah, the only 2 more popular threads are the dutch thread and the members photo album thread.... it may catch up with the photo thread, but I dont think it will ever catch the Dutch one probably because of seiryu spamming it up all the time

I know this question has been looked at on a previous post, but I was wondering if any developments have occured: I know that svc only works in practice mode on neoragex, but has anybody found a fix for that dialogue text freezing thing in any of the other modes? The reason I ask is It runs at its best capacity on neoragex...winkawaks is too slow for my ancient computer... Thanks ;D |

While there is always a possbility of a p1 fix for that problem there have been a few games that just don't work well with neoragex(KOF 2000 for one). It's a shame since neoragex is my favorite neo emu but it's all the more reason to buy the cart someday |
