Looks like a lot of people are having trouble getting the stuff to work. I don´t know anything about the Neorage version as i have the Kawaks version svcplus.zip(that´s the game zip) and use the 46 version with the new loader for SNK vs Capcom. I suggest you all to go RIGHT HERE. It´s a neogeo fansite from Chile....lol,my homecountry. And it has SvC on topic as headline. The best way to go for now is to get the Kawaks version which you will find witout any trouble on that site. For the ones that have a slower PC, it should also run fine on it with this kawaks version. Just be sure to set he video options to your liking to make it run as smooth as posible on your PC. And for all that can´t see the game in the list of games to play, check the rompath for the emulator to look for where you place your games.Good luck, Seiryu |

I finally got it. Its awesome I love this game. To make it run with kawaks you have to configure the rom paths yourself so it recognizes where the roms are. I hope that helps. Im going to game faqs right now to learn moves. Does anyone know a website that has the moves illustrated much like neoencycopedia does?

I found a movelist for anyone interested. i suck a posting links but type in this address www.guardcrush.com Also you can set the game to english if you put in console and go to options supposedly there is a blood option to. I cant get this stupid link to work but the website is called guardcrucsh and has all the moves but no combos juist like neoencypledia would. |

Special thanks to Raiken and Seiryu!!  I can play it now! But...must there any conditions be fulfilled for seeing a Characters ending?? Because there always only comes this "truth in the Darkness thingy"!!! And is it possible to set the Game to English in Arcade Mode? Phew, so many Questions!! |

Quick question Im running now two version of kawaks. I tried moving files over but they didnt recognize. both version are hacked is there a way to make roms recognizable becaue svc wont work as well as when I move msl4,rotd,kof2k2 and pim they wont work with the emulator running svc. I hopes this makes sense. If anyone has all these games running one version of kawaks please advise. I have svc working but how I do I make it work with the other games mentioned as well as the older games. Moving dat files.

To play as the four hidden characters you need a cheat dat which you will put in the cheat folder. The website is called www.neogamez.net/ you must download unzip put in cheats folder and then press alt and the letter c at the same time then highlight player 1 characters and you sill see the missing characters, I am playing athena as I write this. Good luck. oh yeah Im using kawaks not sure with nebula though. also the cheat seems to only work in characters selection screen for those having problems so press alt +c at the the characters election screen. you also can activate blood. |

You can fight Athena for your ninth opponent if: - You don't lose any rounds for stages 1 thru 7. - You don't win any round via block damage (this is when you hit an opponent with a special move or S^ move, and they block it but still take a little bit of damage as a result). You can fight Red Arremer for your ninth opponent if: - You don't lose any rounds for stages 1 thru 7. - You win at least 5 rounds with a special move (winning by block damage is okay). Otherwise, the game ends after the 8th stage. Obviously, you can do whatever you like during the eighth stage and it won't affect the chance of meeting Athena or Red Arrmer. If you do lose a round during stages 1 thru 7, just lose completely and continue, and you can still meet the Secret Bosses (since the key is to not lose any _rounds_. It doesn't matter if you lose the whole battle and continue). Finally the number of continues and current game time have nothing to do with fighting these characters. As for setting the game in english on arcade mode I don't know. It should be possible through the emullator menu somehow. Edit: Seiryu has posted a more in depth explaination of this in the AES/MVS/NGPC section. |

I got had to fix one up for neo rage how'd you do it i got it to work in neorage but i can only use practice mode. also i still can't get the kawaks version to work i have my rom paths set i have the neogeo bios files in the svcplus.zip and im using the loader. should i be doing something with the asr.dat file (came with the emulator from kofchile) or should i just leave it as is. |

From what i read, you've added the neogeo bios to the SVCplus zip? This is wrong.....just leave the neogeo bios zipped as it's own...in your games folder. And also place your svcplus.zip in the same games folder. No need to combine them....  Seiryu |
