It seems the V and M roms (sound roms) for SvC are floating around now. Some people said that they have tried them and they seem to be real, but they have some noise in them... possibly because they need decrypting. You can hear the sound effects properly, but not the music. I heard of a patch that gets them working properly though, dunno if thats true
I'd be willing to bet that the rest of the set will leak sometime in the near future. No rom links here though please if they do.

Yeah, a lot of emu sites are ofering the V and M roms.  I think it won't be more that 2 weeks before the other stuff is gonna be spilled on the net. |

I've already tried them and they works fine but the sound is scratching a bit
You can ear clearly SVC music and sound effects

You sure? I haven't tried them but I hear they are KOF 2002 roms with changed checksum? Kaz edit... grr, ok while I was out my sister must have logged herself in and I posted this msg using it without knowing. Now lets see what fun I can have with her account  |

Yeah, i've put the V and M roms in the KOF 2002 romset to test them and you hear sound effects and music from SVC

Yup,
i have just went to some sites and it seems like the game is already leaking onto the net.
as stated by seiryu, 2 more weeks and the rom will be out. I wouldn't be surprised if samsho 5 will be out in a matter of months.

One thing I found out guys if you come to the forum using the neogeoforlife.co.uk URL, dont use the thing on the front page to login... actually click "login" first and then use that page, otherwise it will keep signing you out. I gotta find a fix for that  Maybe this is what was causing you to get signed out? Kaz |

i got the roms... ive tried it with kof2002 C's.... the sound is really fuzzy and awful... but they are real roms.. |

New Version?? Definetly hacked, but I´m interested!! What´s its Name? Well it doesn't have a new name for some reason. It was updated by some hispanic group and from what I've read on a translation of the readme it just has a newer zlib dll file. It doesn't have the blue bars anymore and the background has a big pic of angel and various other video game characters. It runs without any problems on any windows OS but I've have noticed one strange thing. Occasionally it will speed up during game play which can be solved by simply pausing and unpausing the emulator but is a bit of a pain. I wouldn't bother with it unless you have windows xp. |
