I really get into alot of the Samurai Shodown's, Top Hunter, Last Resort, Viewpoint, King of Fighters, and tons of others. The system is perfect for me, even though RPG's are my favorite, I can still get my Side Scrolling/Shooter/Fighting game fix whenever I want. Good stuff. What are some of your favorite RPG's. (I've been recently in an RPG playing mood lately) |

Welcome, registering was a good decision considering we have some good people here. You definately won't have to worry about people checking threads in anticipation of flaming someone just because they posted old news or have different opinons.

Welcome to NG4L  We're indeed far less tight assed then larger forums like Neo-Geo.com and are pretty laid back. I own a modded AES myself along with a few MVS games and a generic japanese cab(although I still need an MVS board). |

.....videogame collector and a gamer. I've been collecting for a LONG time and I had a Neo-Geo AES GOLD system up until a few years back when I sold it (hey...I needed the cash to pay bills).
Anyways, a few months ago I bought another AES
and some games.......as a matter of fact I bought a little over 1/4th of the entire U.S. AES library. Now I know it's only 25 games, but my wallet is still empty! I didn't buy anything to rare or valuable, just a nice starter collection to get back into the game.
I have a few thousand other (real) games for dozens of other systems. I don't just collect, I am a gamer too.
Anyways after lurking here for a while it seems like you guys are a lot less harsh on new guys or people who don't share your EXACT opinion. So hopefully my time on these boards will be well spent. Looking foward to talking to some of you!

Well...I just want to say hell to every SNK fan on this forum. This site is one of the best NeoGeo related sites i've evere seen. Good work btw:P My childhood passed in the strange places in Poland called "Saloon of the RTV Games" [yep that's a strange name for those places:P] and I spend a lot of time [and money] to play Metal Slug Series, KoF and other SNK games. Then I've bought a PC and my friendship with emulation started...  I always wanted to play in 'coin-op' games without that strange feeling 'Hey that little kid will backstab you if you will beat his recrord in MS2'. So my dreams come true. And I found this site.... So hello everyone... Ora ora ora!! |
