Oh, sorry. I'm looking for it on MVS only. I think he may have meant that he would sell you his MVS copy since he had it on DC and PS2. Maybe not, but the way it was worded made me think that. But, yes, if you want a guaranteed legit copy from a respectable seller, expect to pay around 70-80 for it. May seem like a lot but when you get to a few hundred hours of gameplay time like many do with this game you wont mind the price tag in the least. Also, have you gotten your copy of last blade yet? I have been playing last blade 2 not stop here lately and love it.

For MVS? How much do you want for it? Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I have a copy I'd be willing to sell if you're located in the US. Not really interested in shipping out of the country. (I have it on dreamcast and ps2!)

Alright, I guess I'll post on the Wanted list. I'd get it from Neo-geo.com but I just don't want to pay something outrageous like $100 + for it. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and cough up the dough..

Heh, thanks. I'm so relieved the Neo Geo scene is still alive. I've been playing these games since as far back as I can remember so it's good to talk with people who share the same interests. I have to get Mark Of The Wolves. My seller isn't responding. Anyone know where I can get a copy? Honestly, your best bet (if you want a legit. copy) is to go over to neo-geo.com and look for one. If you can't find one in the selling forums, just post a new thread in the wanted forums. State that your willing to pay cash and I almost guarantee that you will get some offers.

Welcome to the forums! You've made some nice choices for games so far. I would also agree that MOTW is worth what it goes for (and more really) One of the best games I have ever played.

Yeah, definitely Blazing Star. I'm also hoping to buy some more Metal Slug games in the near future as well as Matrimelee.

Mark of the Wolves is definitely a must-buy game. Any intentions of adding Blazing Star, Pulstar, Money Puzzle Exchanger, and Neo Turf Masters to your library?

Yeah, it looked pretty good from what I saw. I hear The Last Blade is awesome too, can't wait to get that one.
Thanks though..

welcome to the forums. Nice MVS collection you have.
Without too much doubt, MOTW is the prettiest game on the system, and $50 is a fair price for it. Quite a bargain compared to what these games used to sell for.
just a few days ago I bought one for $58 shipped ($47+$11). so yeah, I think $50 is pretty fair.

Hey guys, I just made an account here but I'm not really THAT new to Neo Geo games. I've been playing all the Samurai Shodown games at my local arcade, and games like World Heroes, Metal Slug, King of Fighters 96-2003, Top Hunter, League Bowling ect..
A few years back after deciding I wasn't going to pay for an AES system, I bought a Neo Geo 4 Slot Cab from a local arcade nearby. I have KOF 2003, SS 3, and 1(Getting 2 soon, my favorite one) and I have all the games mentioned above as well as Fatal Fury and The Super Spy. Oh, and The Last Blade is coming in next week. My real question is, should I buy Mark Of The Wolves for MVS? I've been looking everywhere and have recently struck a deal for $50.
Is this too much? Or is it just THAT good of a game? I've only played it on an emulator once.
Anyone?

MOTW is probably game that's spent to the most time in my mvs recently. IMHO i see that it's a definate case of quality over quantity and one of my favourite games ever. But if you don't get one with it than fair play. Luckily - it's one of those games that holds it's value well so it should be quite easy to sell it for at least what it cost. RB2 is also a great game and can usually be picked up quite cheap (I paid £7 - around $13) for mine and it's a very enjoyable title. Of course the jury's probably out as to whether RB Special or RB2 is the superior title. The graphics do have a very cartoony look to them but that adds to the charm imo. The background/foreground gameplay does add to the gameplay but whether that's good or not is a matter of opinion really. Yea, real bout special is my favorite of the two, but I really enjoy both. I personally like the two (or three) plane fighting for a while, but it gets old eventually. Kick ass avatar, BTW. I still have my white Japanese saturn.
