I'm kind of dissappointed that the OP song isn't in it. But I like track 1 and 8...

The OST is good but the songs are repetitive

Ah cool, thanks for the soundtrack link man! I think the "Samurai that smells of sunflowers" is probably her brother, or something like that. No real mention has been given about the rest of her family so I presume they are dead, so it's probably gonna be something along those lines... unless they really surprise us! Kaz I get the feeling it's that faceless samurai we see in the end credits.

Maybe it won't be quite as weird when you know what's actually happening... Kaz Nah, i know when something is really weird and it certianly does. (It dealt with homosexuality ) Anyways, after seeing the screenshots of episode 5 i didn't dl the raw but i'll make sure to get the sub. Episode 6 had some action and it was kinda interesting but i was hoping to see something envolving information about the "the samurai that smells of sunflowers"

Cool, would be nice if they get the others out soon ;D (or any group for that matter)
Episode 6?? Steady on, haven't even seen 5 yet ;D. Maybe it won't be quite as weird when you know what's actually happening...

i still dont think hiphop+samurai mix... I tend to agree, but for some reason I'm really starting to like it (even though I hated it at first) and it makes a change from the fairly cutesy songs in other series. I just watched most of the AF sub and thought it was perhaps a little better than the Japanese -> French -> English sub, although that was very good. I also found the AF sub had slightly better picture quality... watch the intro and on the other sub some of the things moving around seemed to move a little bit more jerky. Guess I'm just being picky . That other guy still did a GREAT job with his subbing though! Kaz

^ Episode 1 is a must have, a damn good intro for the series. It's all around the most well done single episode so far imo.
From the pics of episode 5 and what i've read about it there isn't really much action and could most likely be just a filler episode. I may check it out anyways cause i think some info. is given about the "samurai that smells of sunflowers"

though the sub for ep.3 was kinda messed with a dance-hall sound preset thingy at times, the anime's very cool and has great animation too! 1st time i got treated w/ a hiphop intro in anime ;D
i intend to watch the 1st 2 episodes too, so that i can dispel the fact that i never got to watch any anime's 1st episode ever
