Well, i'm under the impression that it was planned but i don't think so anymore. I guess snkp has decided to dev. another ss first on the neowave cause it's a more popular series 
I'd be very happy if they'd just alternate doing sequels for both. Really snkp hasn't really impressed me yet, i have a feeling that kof 04 and ss6 will be the deciding factor for me even caring about an snkp made lb3.
