Those pics came from a section that SNK made where they had some KOF characters talking to each other and made some jokes about different things... I don't think that is how the sprites will look because they just look like sprites that have gone though a filter in an emu. If they do end up like that it will look pretty crappy... hell, I could run an emu on the Xbox to make it look like that
