ps I'd still be pissed at Arcade Infinity though, and if you can't get it fixed, then I highly suggest trying to do something about it... I really don't know what the laws in your state are, but surely there must be some that protect consumers if they buy faulty goods like there are here in the UK? Definitely worth checking up on for future reference!
