. You sure there is nothing that you can do about it though? Even though they may have said it was "sold as seen", I know over here in the UK at least there are laws protecting people when they buy goods, whether they are used or brand new.
It might be an idea to check up on that, do you have a local advice bureau or something you can talk to? (where are you from btw?).
