That sounds like the smaller one... I am 99% sure that ROTD works with that one. I won't swear to it, but I think you'll be ok, I hope so anyway man
edit: just checked and I'm pretty sure that MV-1C is the newer one and if it is then ROTD definitely works on there. The only big disadvantage with that board is that the bios is soldered on, meaning it's very hard (actually near impossible unless you are EXTREMELY skilled) to remove it and install a uni-bios. If that's not a big deal to you then it won't make any difference though
