Take it with a pinch of salt and remember not all the details may be right... but if it is true then holy jeebus!!! An arranged soundtrack for KOF 2003 is great enough (see my thoughts on the one for SS Zero in the other thread
), but possible hi-res sprites and 3D backgrounds... please tell me this is true... pleeeeeeease
