OK I got the game today, here's a couple of brief things I noticed about it: - Arranged Music - Yeah I'm not kidding. I was surprised as hell about that. Some tracks arranged versions sound REALLY REALLY nice (Nakoruru's stage for instance), although some of the tracks are maybe a bit short and they loop a bit too often if you have a long fight.
- Load times aren't amazing. They aren't aweful, but it's longer than I expected on the PS2, especially considering how short they were in the KOF games. Sloppy programming but it's really not *that* bad.
- It is standard SS0, not Special. I expected that really, but one thing that puzzles me a bit is that there's mixed reports of SNKP stating that they aren't going to port Special to any other system (while the USA site still lists a double pack with both SS Zero and Special on it to be released later in the year. I don't know what to think really... I sure hope they port it (and keep the story mode in English and fatalities intact of course).
That's about it anyway... if anyones interested I'll probably do a proper write up on the game after I've spent some more time with it Kaz
