Agreed, kof 99 was produced the best when it comes to backrounds, music, and it did have some damn nice artwork. What really decides a kof for me is mostly the character selection/quality cause that's what really brings in the replay value. Though kof 99 had such sweet music and bg's i like 2k more for it's new and extremely fun to play as characters. Also, i feel if i gotta use strikers, all the neat cameo's in kof 2k are the way to go
