My fav. is neocd because the carts are 2 expensive, and load times don't bother me at all.
P.S I got an MVS 2 ;D ;D ;D
Anyways i've played most of the neocd games, and have not Seen 1 animation cut, only smaller sprites.
So the animation cuts might have been:
A) a rumor created by AES fanboys
B) so small, and unoticeable that they aren't even a negative of the system
