hmm, I personally wouldn't use a student loan to finance a game, but if you really want to, I'd go for SSV or Garou. I was really looking forward to SVC before it came out, but to me it was sort of a disapointment. No run, and the most killer AI ever. (Meaning really cheap like waiting for you to do a move and then countering it a la genocide cutter {speaking of Guile specifically})
SSV (not special since I haven't played it) is pretty good. Though out of those 3 games, the one I keep coming back to and playing the most is Garou
