Kevin actually has two P.Power moves/SDMs - the qcfx2+C Lucky Strike and the qcfx2+D Gattling Freezer. However, I believe most Kevin players tend to use the S.Power/DM versions almost exclusively, since they both set up for more damage. (The 'Strike launches the opponent for a juggle, whilst the 'Freezer stuns him/her.)
Given that Kevin is supposedly the #1 MotW character by quite a margin, him not having a hidden P.Power is perhaps for the best. I am surprised that Terry does not have one, though, since he is a fan favourite.
