Best to ask them first... but I warn you, DON'T ever deal with Buyrite... do a search on google or at neo-geo.com to find some horror stories about dealing with them. I haven't personally, but some people I know and respect had bad trouble with them, so I wouldn't risk it personally.
Telegames UK has some 2nd hand consoles for sure, and considering the amount of stuff they have in their stockroom (trust me it is a LOT), they probably do have some brand new consoles. However I don't know what sort of price they would sell them for if they have them (will most likely be a lot), and make sure to ask them about the condition of the console you buy.
Surprised abut Neo Ayato, they were ok when I dealt with them a while back. Have you emailed them to ask about why it wasn't brand new if they said it was?
