Yeah it just means it's a port of the Neo version... long awaited because by the time it got to the DC it was very late, hence them changing the name to KOF '99 Dream Match
. You're right though, the backgrounds aren't all that great, but thankfully they came up with some awesome ones for KOF '99 Evo (one of the few games where I really liked the changed bg's).That intro does rock though... absolutely awesome!
