I remember saying ages ago that I'd hate it if 3D kof was so popular that it made them re-think their strategy and ditch 2D stuff altogether, but I'd doubt that will happen as they know they'd piss off all their hardcore fans that have been with them for more than a decade. Most likely they might start making more 3D stuff which I'm fine with... especially if it gives them enough profit to splash out on better 2D stuff
Anyway, I hope you aren't right
