What raiken said, but remember that all the carts you buy no matter what region they are from are exactly the same internally, they differ depending on what system you run them on. For instance, a Japanese game on a US system will run in English language, but will of course be censored most likely. However a US game on a Japanese system will run in Japanese language and not censored. If you want to play games in English and with blood, unless there is a code to unlock uncensored mode (some games like Samurai Shodown 2 do have one) then you'll need a debug bios like Raiken said, as this will let you play with the settings etc
