I've never heard of MVS games being bigger than their AES counterparts... where did you hear that? (unless I'm just being ignorant/forgetful

I hear that from chris mullin's FAQs Besides I open up my own aes basebal stars 2 cartridge.I saw that p2 and V4 chips on the program board aren't located.I wonder If this chips are located on mvs cartridges?
