The NTSC thing you speak of is to do with the TV signal. Japan and the US are NTSC, while the UK and Europe use the "PAL" video system. That's nothing to do with blood etc.

Yeah and to censor Metal Slug is realllllyyyyy stupid but they wont censor the game Manhunt for PS2 you can see it at www.rockstargames.com/manhunt
and on manhunt you can chop a dudes head of with a machete up close and personal. And they wanna censor the blood on Metal slug and all you do is shoot people and chop them with a knife and die of a animated kinda funny death.But on Manhunt they actually (REALLY) show you how to kill people just rent the game and see how KRAZZZZZYYYY it is!!!! I purchased it but it gets boring after you complete it.
