Agreed. I've played far too much SS2 and the 2 slash button setup is embedded in my brain so much that it is hard to play SS3/4/5... I have to spend about half an hour on it before my brain adjusts (bit slow me 
). I never really have a prob with not getting hard slash out either - I do have probs on the emulators, but if I play on the actual console with an old-school stick (not one of those nasty "kidney" shaped new ones) then I'm fine.
