Cool, glad you figured out the problem! I might have to give GP a go again, I just could never get into it, even though I do like the old school shooters like that.
Off topic but I tell you one game I do wanna play again... a shoot 'em up called Banshee that was made for the Amiga. Similar in style but really detailed gfx for the time and very fun gameplay. Being able to blow up trucks and stuff and see people running out of them on fire was very cool!
