Actually, AES carts are usually better than the MVS games because of extra chars, cheat codes (plus dipswitches if you have a modified console) but the infinites and bugs are normally not sorted out. As for the console you wanted to buy, I think that only a english game console will play carts in english....better double check that though, as I rarely have any idea what im talking about.
