I bought it from the Neostore. The modification's total cost (debug bios kit + shipping + installation work) was about 50 €, but it's a small price to pay for long-term benefits... I still haven't even tried all of the chip's properties like the debug dipswitch menu yet.
I actually have one problem that I haven't been able to solve yet. The memory card menu is still displayed in Japanese even though I have the chip installed and the AES region set to USA. Is it even possible to get it in English if I have a Japanese AES system?
