My Neo Geo is a UK PAL version. I have already converted it to NTSC (did a dodgy job myself some years ago - just cut the PAL connection with a pair of clippers!). But I want it to play unsensored games, so was thinking about the Debug BIOS chip. My question is this:
If once the chip is installed, I put it to japanese, then I should get red blood. But what if I reset it or switch it ooff and back on again? Will I have to keep setting it to japanese every time? So basically what I'm asking is will the chip save settings once the Neo is switched off.
I have ordered Ghost Pilots from Neo Geo.com. I can't believe their shipping costs! Even if it is airmail.
