Now that its done: I really see what you mean about the people not moving much. /at all.
I'm kinda disapointed in the new character designs. Like really disapointed actually. WTF is up with the cowboy hat on that one guys back???
Personally, I am expecting to enjoy KOF Neowave more than this.
Oh yeah, and for trivia or something, I have loosely translated the Japanese message that flashes on screen as:
"Now the new page of KOF will be open(ing)"
