Setsuna over at neo-geo.com ripped pics like that from the roms... apparently he is gonna be putting up a feature on his site sometime soon that will showcase all the stuff missing from MS5 that is contained in the roms.
Ben: Ebay, Neo-geo.com, snk-capcom.com... you can get Neo Geo's from places like that, but bear in mind that it will most likely end up costing you a LOT of money
