Yes, they are for the NeoGeo and the arcades.
Still no plans for a port over to another console but if there will be one in the future, it´s the most likely they will be released on the X-Box, as since a couple of weeks ago, SNK informed the press that they are going to suport the X-Box for future releases of snk games.
