That kind of animation is doubtful, but I'm really hoping they add some new frames at least. No way to know until we see some gameplay footage though, which I hope won't be too long.
I don't think it is 3 on 3 tag... probably traditional 3 on 3, but I'd imagine KOF 2004 will be tag. A choice between the two would be nice though, would stop people complaining
